Return and Refund

1. Returns: Ayorka accepts returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, don't hesitate to contact our customer support team. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

2. Refunds: Once the returned product is received and inspected, Ayorka will process the refund and it will get credited to the customer bank within 10 days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately. Ayorka will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
